
Gluten and Dairy Free Choc Chip Brownies
I just needed a little chocolate fix this morning, so I threw together this quick and easy brownie recipe. It was a bit of a fluke as I made the recipe up but it worked out surprisingly well so I thought I’d share!
Ingredients
- 100g gluten free plain flour
- 25g cacao powder
- 50g ground almonds
- 100g muscovado sugar
- 1tsp baking powder
- 100g vegan butter
- 3 eggs
- 50g chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 175 and grease a baking tin
- Sift all dry ingredients together in a bowl
- Add melted butter and beaten eggs
- Mix thoroughly
- Add in chocolate chips and mix
- Pour into tin and place in the oven for approx 15 minutes
- Test with a skewer and remove when it comes out clean
Turn out onto wire rack to cool before slicing, then enjoy with a nice cup of tea ☕
